I got my 1 year old horseshoe crab a week ago been struggling on a name then decided on dolly the digger cause she would swim and float around like

Welcome to R2R! I never knew horseshoe crabs could/would swim upside down at the surface -- learned something new today.

Can u own a jellyfish in your aquarium if not why

You can, but they have very distinct needs, to include water flow, so you usually need a tank designed specifically for them, vice adding them to a regular tank.

Horseshoe crabs only swim upside down when there little and as they get bigger stay closer to the ground I think and read somewhere that they even swim as embryos
