I have had this pair of devinci clown fish for 8 months they are only 3" long from what I can tell they're both the exact same size however one stomac

Oh I'm sorry I guess it got erased anyhow my question is is it normal for them to change colors this one has a white spot coming up on its stomach you can see in the photo And its belly is big or is it getting sick
