I have three of these lights is that enough for SPS coral does anybody know about these lights?

Had a quick look.
From what I can see these lights are only 18 watts, so very underpowered.
They wouldn't be suitable for SPS.
You could use them as fill lights but at that wattage the affects will be negligible.

That's a hard question to answer.
What size is tank?
What SPS would you like?
What's your budget?
I'm a KESSIL guy so I would say KESSIL, equally a radion guy will say radion.
Both high end brands that will do the job well but equally, there are cheaper brands that will also grow SPS.
Lots of good second hand units out there too if you do want a leading name but budget is tight
There a lot of opinions on that. The reality is there are lots of good options for sps and really “best” is a personal preference.

Shimmer vs Even Coverage across the tank
Spectrum
Optional Features - are they of value to you or not
Physical appearance
Single unit vs multiple units
Power
Size of tank
All this plays a part

If I were to go cheap Chinese myself, I would get the Chinese MR30 Radions off Alibaba
The UFO reef lights look promising, need to work on the light shade though. Reminds me of a nice Brooder Lamp reflector
Most people will recommend what they use. I rarely do that with lights, I'm not going to recommend ATI Stratons to a new reef hobbyist, that would be insane in the membrane

2. Maybe 3…but 2 would get you started and keep most coral in at least the middle 75% of the tank. Ends of the tank would be fine for non sps

Very good lights but no mounting kit. You will need to create a mount or hang them from something.
Limited control - 2 channels only, and colors are grouped. So you can’t just increase one color if you wanted.
But, very good light that will grow sps fine.
Is your tank 48”?
