What does tiny mean and larger one mean?

There are three RBTAs in the picture. The one on the left is $25. The center and the one to the right are $50 each.

One large one is sold.
The tiny one is 1” in the holding container and the large one is 3”. Both expand a lot larger when in tank with more water flow.
