My wife has a the that body and a M.Zuiko Pro 14-42 f28 . I have a OM-D EM-10 Mk2. Very happy with the 10. I'd say if you are going to spend that much on a body and have never shot with one of those, go for the new OM-D E-M10. Very capable and quite a bit less pricey. Save some of that cash for good glass..
thanks. I was looking at that package as it was discounted a few $100 on the website. more research to be done.

Here the noise is more apparent. Best way to reduce noise is by using a lower ISO. Which is why you want good glass with a nice wide aperture.

I don't see an EM-10 Mk2 on the Olympus sight, only the Mk3.
and we are sorry lacking for camera stores locally. I'm more or less stuck buying on line direct. the "Find Retailer" on the Olympus site appears to be non-functioning.

It's the 3 I'm talking about. Amazon has them

yea, I know. doesn't help me with lessons on how to use Olympus cameras or on service when something isn't working.

That is true.. I found the E-M10 way easier to use than the E-M1.. The E-M1 is an amazing device, but for most of us, it's overkill.
