My measurement is based on my results mixing to 1.026
Just use say 30mls/day and test after adding.
Mix in a container of RO of close-to your tank's daily evaporation and add it to a high-flow area. Or just mix in a cup or two of RO. Up to you.

I did a water change with 10 gallons of water RODI Hoping it would drop my salinity to 1.025 but instead it dropped it to 1.0247.

The Hanna cannot accurately distinguish 1.0250 from 1.0247. So I'm not sure what the big concern is.
