I need cured live rock in northern virginia/maryland area

Does anyone in the northern virginia/md area here is willing to sell me treated cured live rock for $2-$4 per pound? Rubble works too, at least 10 lbs, lfs wanna sell me $7/lb

Best of luck on that. In Colorado no LFS sell it at any price (last I saw was $12/lb and that was years ago). Maybe check FB Marketplace or CL to see if anyone is breaking down an old tank?
