The short version
There is button on the bottom near the emitters.

Hold in for about 4 seconds. Resets light settings to default.

Wait a few and then unplug the light.

Plug light back in and immediately press the button again and hold it in.

This should happen. Hold Reset Button for 12 to 14 Second, it will switch the LED to Router Mode. (First 8 second is Green Flashing Frequency, and then 8 to 14 second the LED indiciator will become Fast Green LED Flash 2 time, Off . And second Green LED Flash 2 time again, Off. Then release the Button

I believe that will default it back to the beginning and it will broadcast a network again.

The light stays green doesn’t blink but the main lights blink every 3 sec -go out the slower ramp full strength the off then slowly to full strength then off. Front light stays solid green. I would send a video if I knew how to post it.

If I reset to default on APP could that help the LED’s network name?

No. It has to appear to your phone as an available network. Just like if you join one at a store or hotel first.
Once you join and enter the password the app should work.
Then you would search for it in the app.

These are some really good directions. I take them to me you must reset the light first or it will not enter router mode

So turn it on and hold the reset 4 seconds and release it. That should reset the light

It's Must Power On and immediately to Press the Button can work! Otherwise when you power on and hold the reset / router button will not work!

How to set for Router Model ?
Before SetUp Router Model, you Must Know how to Reset the LED firstly if setup fault!

1) Power On the LED Firstly
2) Press the Reset Button / Router Button immediately

3) The Indicator LED will Flashing (Around 8 second green), and then waiting until the third time of Green Flashing (Around to 12- 14second) to release the reset button /Router button

Turn light off.
Turn light on
Hold in reset button until well third time of green flashing It doesn't say what is flashing
then release button. Says 12-14 seconds

Then check available networks on your phone

Sounds like the light was badly programmed from the factory
ESP makes micro computer chips.
ESP32 being common .
May default to an access point if your router is turned off but doubt if that will solve your problem.
Pretty sure it's " broke" as in may need reprogramming.
Which can be done but not by mere mortals IF you can get the firmware.

The correct answer (quoted above) is not always the popular one, but it is nonetheless correct.
There is not much you can do with the wifi connectivity at this point without some help from the manufacturer.
This light will need to be reprogrammed/reconfigured with the factory settings or firmware, which is likely missing. This requires the firmware, configuration files and the IC programming device. No amount of pressing the factory reset button will replace that.

Replacing the mainboard (with the wifi module on it) seems like a reasonable idea if you can get the board for less than the light itself and assume the risk of it not working out in the end.
