That's great. Congrats!!!
I was in the same boat, but have bad balance and didn't make full recovery left side still numb from elbow down to fingertips and I have drop foot pretty bad on left foot. PT is trying to get me to buy some $7k device (Bioness L300 GO) that supposedly fixes foot drop for those with MS, but living on disability I can't afford that. I may get a trial run for free then a specialist to tell my insurance it's absolutely needed. Fingers crossed.
I also had this pin and screws removed from L5 S1 that was pinching a tendon and nerves for 2 years before removal.

I still have the screws in my L5S1

That's my back left one. The back right one still in there and they had to go in a second time from the front and I have both those left and right from the front as well. The front ones aren't quite as big.

My pearlberry has been stubborn and after nearly a year. It is growing now but was giving minimal polyp extension and no growth for a months. In that time I increased my light intensity, started feeding the tank more, began dosing no3, implemented an algae reactor to help with ph and lower po4(since my rodi leaves a little po4) and lowered dkh from around 10 to 7-7.5. I feel it was the maintained lower dkh and increase in no3 that helped. My no3 will drop to 0 if I do not dose. Plus feeding excessively seems to have no gain in adding no3. But without a doubt readable no3 seems to really perc eveything up.
I was rereading through this and realized I must have deleted the first part of my response. I have no idea what happened with my alveopora sorry. It was good for two weeks then gone in two days. I have a goni that is not happy. I have adjusted nutrients since then but nothing major.

I know I said I was done and not adding anything for a long time. Then I saw this yesterday and thought I had found my centerpiece. Not a Trachyphyllia, not a Cynarina, but a beautiful Lobophyllia

Alas, I did not act quick enough. Was a seemingly sweet price too.
:(

Wow

Not ready for that yet. He did move about 2” recently. Adjusting for one perhaps?

Tank is looking real nice man!! :D
Thank you! Trying to do as little as possible. However, I am getting a small delivery today. ;)

Prayers for your corals!!
That stinks! I hope it is only a short delay.

Thanks, ladies. It just arrived to NJ so should come nice and early tomorrow I hope. About 50*F right now in Newark, so not freezing at least if it sits around somewhere. Supposed to be 60 here Friday (but rainy).

Hello,

Sorry I have been quiet (been sick and just trying to manage lol), but your tank is looking fantastic. Your bta did the same as mine, grew huge then roamed the tank stressing me out lol. It is really going nicely and sorry about weather delays. It was really nice in Boise Sunday and Monday and now feels sooooo like winter again lol. It’s terrible when it’s suppose to be 55 and with the wind chill it’s 26. So gets my hopes up to just letting me down.

Hope you are feeling better. If I recall there were still some restrictions on the hours you could work. It really warmed up here overnight. I am going to miss my earmuffs. They kept me warm so nice and snuggly.
