Thanks folks. Despite the bubble algae and a new bit of GHA I found today, I am feeling pretty good about this tank.

Slow down feeding a saw a small patch in my tank a few days ago and did not feed for three days and it was all gone. GHA that is. And try the crabs for the bubble algae they will get rid of it

that pygmy hawk anthias perchlet is super cute! is it very cryptic or out and about? thinking i might have to get one of those for my nano tank whever i get around to buying that..

He was shy for a couple of days and then was out all the time. He sticks close to the rocks or the bare bottom, but occasionally, and surprisingly, I have seen him a couple of times moving around the open water. No real predator for him in this tank. The other fish, despite being social with each other, completely ignore the Pygmy Hawk.

Captured this interesting situation today. The bristleworm was stealing food from the Acanthastrea. Toward the end, the Geometric Pygmy Hawk comes out to police the situation. It is the second time I have seen him protect a coral, but I think he may just be looking for a live treat.

I'm going to be sleeping in an air tight sleeping bag for a few months after watching that. ;Nailbiting
