That is what I got. The Cobalts. Years of saying MJ is a hard habit to break.
Oh, lol I see!
Sicce are very strong, dual pumps are nice and the extra 700gph will really keep things moving through your back section. It'll be easy to scrub any detritus with a new suck and that kinda flow. You'll be turning that back section into a vacuum cleaner
I should consider something like that. I do not use socks, so having something that can handle the debris better is probably worth thinking about. I also have not siphoned back there in a couple of months. Still, not too bad considering (2nd chamber into center chamber, from earlier this week)
Not bad at all caveman!
Yeah I don't use socks unless I'm blowing detritus out
Thanks. Tank has been in full neglect mode for a month now. For the past few weeks I go there to feed about 3 times a week and that is it (EDIT: and fill the ATO reservoir). So happy to finally be moving it in about 12 hours.
Exactly what I do. I remember Randy H-F saying he had inches of detritus in his old sump, LOL.
So that's why you've been so quiet haha
See post #2760 for the whole story.
I'm so sorry to hear that
Good luck with the move.
Considered neglect works for me, more people should try it!
Ahhh moving day...
It is time to test the man strength.
Best of luck today that it all goes smooth and your graph paper dimensions were true!
Time heals most wounds. Some leave scars but those too fade.
It is hard but there will always be hard things. Just keep moving forward.
Sending good thoughts your way.
Seems like you are half way.
To new beginnings Cheers
Lets keep the score caveman 1 curbs zero.
Looks like you are well on your way to a beautiful new setup.
Well, that sucked. Went well though. Now I just need to reglue a bunch of frags and tweak the aquascape. I did not fall on any curbs.
