it was actually a wake, so the latter was perceptive of you. A close friend’s mother passed and I knew her well. The whole big family really. Our regular pub is right across the street from this funeral home and we spent some time there too. Made me think that my friends who grew up in this town spend decades drinking next to their final viewing spot. It was an introspective day all around for me.

I am at work now, getting some OT on a shift opposite my normal shift. Should be okay if I can stay awake.
