Almost forgot, I added some more pods.
PS. BTW, take note of the packaging,
“NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION”
Well, it honestly never occurred to me, but because they mentioned it, hmmm... I wonder...
LOL I have some Hakari freeze dried plankton and it smells really tasty Kind of off topic but I also do native US fish and even the pickiest of picky wild caught fish will taste it so it must smell good to them too.
Ha! I was researching culturing Phytoplankton and apparently it is a fad for human consumption. Still, I would assume there is a big difference in the production and regulation of food for people versus production for animals.
Show off! I glued my hands 3x last night!Woo-hoo! Fedex came at 9:30am today! Nice and early.
Dipping time!
Here is our haul...
Caulastrea echinulata
This is the last Caulastrea I wanted. We now have green neon and red with green mouth furcatas and these beautiful teal and purple echinulata (I knew they would be bigger, but wow!).
Branching Hammer Coral
Euphyllia paraancora
Always loved these. This should open green with purple tips.
Rainbow Acanthastrea
Acanthastrea lordhowensis (I think)
Wife said we needed more color so I said sure! ROY G. BIV indeed!
They were shipped very well by @Cultivated Reef and I found no pests at all. All bags were clearly labeled. They were all 20% off (which ends today) at $29.99 overnight shipping. Only the Acanthastrea came with a frag plug and it was easily removed with a table knife. I always remove plugs so I was glad two came without (without even asking).
And the best part of all... I did not super glue my hands to anything!
EDIT: Whoops, I messed up the vendor tag. Fixed!
