I received a box of rocks today.

I have had my live rock for 6 months now. I expect to still find things in the rock from time to time, but this was really sudden. In the past two days I have had an explosion of tube and fan worms on the anemone rock. Probably 40 fan worms and a few tube worms.

I would add a melanurus wrasse, the melanurus will have a good time picking on these worms !

Yes, they are, I tried a video of their motion, as they are right in the line of fire from the gyre. Side angle and crappy phone video did not work well, unfortunately.

Emerald just went in

I also managed to siphon a half gallon of saltwater onto the hardwood.

Luckily the play tiles still in the room saved the wood mostly. That area is where I pulled up the wet tiles. That was fun!

I always lay out towels anymore since I am always spilling. I have a water detector link to my house alarm. So far I am the only one who ever set it off.
