I think my female spotted mandarin is going to explode

So about a month ago I acquired a male mandarin for my chunky female. Since adding him her belly has doubled in size and it looks like she swallowed a few marbles. It looks like the are courting a little bit. But the male is still looks on the skinny end of being able to mate with her. Is she just full of eggs? Do I need to worry? I have not seen them spawn yet but they are both circling each other with fins extended and I assume it is courting behavior. I will try for a picture but they seem to be shy.

That is a Gravid female. She is full of eggs and ready to spawn. Remember they are palegic spawners and will spawn nightly as long as they have the proper nutrition.
