I ordered one and am going to modify it before I use it for the first time. The 1/4 effluent line will not work well long term, it will plug up pretty fast. I see you glued the elbow, has this worked without issue for you?
Let me know before the tweaker in me comes out...

I really dont like that power cord plug. I see that failing pretty quick. It would have been nicer if it had a hardwired tail with a 10in lead to plug the power into. Atleast that way you could have put a drip look on it.
I guess you could always run a bead of silicone around it to seal it once its plugged in. But then you made the connection semipermanent.
