Hey all,
Been going through some hard times lost 4 fishes so far. Here is the deal I have put nothing in the tank for about 2 months the suddenly the Kole tang started showing signs of ich he was I that I put in a while ago for a friends tank that he was shutting down. Since 4/13 I have lost the Kole, damsel, lemon peel angel and black ice clown and a pencil urchin. I have been treating with polyps labs medic. I don't think it is working I started treatment at the first sign of the disease.
Yes, all of the fish are eaten well I have posted a couple of pics.

That is Velvet not Ich unfortunately.

Here is @Humblefish's Best plan of attack.
You will want to act very quickly to save your remaining fish!
Copper needs to be to a therapeutic level in the next 24-48hr, let me know if you need any help on what copper to use, dosings, etc.

I prefer this 1-2-3 punch for treating Marine Velvet Disease:
  1. 5 min FW dip, which forces 80-90% of the parasites off of the fish
  2. 90 min acriflavine/Rally* bath to ward off a secondary infection
  3. And then into QT for 30 day copper or CP treatment
* I prefer to use Ruby Reef Rally because it contains two antiseptics (acriflavine, aminoacridine) PLUS a small amount of formalin.

You will want to pull all fish even if they are not showing symptoms.

The DT has to be fallow for 76 days (6weeks for velvet) in order to break the life cycle of the parasites.

If you leave those fish, you others will get re infected when you put them back.

Velvet is ugly...

Did you do the freshwater dip for everyone, and do the bath in acriflavine? It's very good for temporary relief. Also can help prevent secondary infections.

Have you tested your copper to make sure you are indeed therapuetic?

Are your remaining fish still showing symptoms?

Yes did the freshwater dip. But did not do step 2.90 min acriflavine/Rally* bath to ward off a secondary infection still in the mail.
Copper is in between 0.4 and 0.5
Yes but still eating

Did any flukes drop off during FW Dip?

I just realized you are in Indy. Are you using Seachem test kit?
