Ich on copperband?

Small white dot on Copperband, fins look all clear.

He’s eating like a pig and has shown no behavioral signs of ich. He’s also been through QT. Just started my tank and all livestock has been through copper power at 2.5ppm for 2 weeks then transferred to holding tank before main display. Everyone looks healthy and eating well. No signs of ich from what I can tell. The blue hippo tang, my most ich susceptible fish looks great with no issues. No one is flashing, scratching, or breathing heavily. Idk if I’m just paranoid or what. Thanks for your time!

Can’t really tell from just one spot. Watch it and if it drops off and new spots crop up here and there, more likely to be ich. If not, this could just be a damaged scale.
Quarantine is never 100% effective and only two weeks of copper power is less so (a month would be better).

I would feel more comfortable if you had run the copper treatment for the full 30 days recommended in the current protocols. However, at this point, I would not panic and would closely observe for a day or two to see if the number of spots increases.

Ok thank you guys!! I was going to do the full 30 but I saw humblefish talk about 2 weeks at 2.5ppm then holding tank. I’ll be watching closely to see how this goes.

Cupramine is often run for 14 days, but coppersafe and copper power should be 30 days, most especially for active infections. Your fish may not even been carrying ich going in to this,

Agree with Jay. I see one dot and dont think its lympho either.
Is fish breathing normal or labored?
Is Fish eating or pecking on rock ?
Ant scratching (which I dont see evidence) or twithching ?
