Ich or velvet?

Powder blue and crew are currently being treated for ich, but if you look closely at her light blue body, which is hard to see in this photo, she has a ton of bumps/spots. Some look like little white worms about to fall off unless it’s from her itching up against rocks. I did see her a few times try to swim against the flow coming from the power head and I’ve read that’s a symptom unique to velvet. Everyone else has more “countable” white spots except for yellow tang which we noticed under only blue lights has more spots on it’s body than can normally be seen. Just want to be sure we are treating the right thing. They are all acting normal other than itching and eating well. Keeping them fat and happy.

I’d continue treating for ich. How long has it been going on, and how are you treating?
