ICH TREATMENT

So last week I had 2 fish die in my tank from ich. A clown and a trigger. Prior to that I had a sailfin and a angel also die which I believe was from ich also. I don't have a qt tank so I was reading about the high heat method. So for the past week I've had my tank running at 88.7. My remaining fish which are a clown, goby, damsel and foxface are showing no signs of ich and are swimming peacefully and appears stress free. Should I lower the temp now? Or keep it the same for a while longer?

I’ve never used high temperature to treat marine ich, only freshwater ich. Noga gives the optimum temperature range for marine ich as 74 to 86 F., and you aren’t much higher than that. Are positive on your diagnosis?
The fish look good in the video. I’m not sure how long to keep them elevated because the life cycle is temperature related. At 78 to 80 degrees, people typically treat with copper for at least 2 weeks.

Yea I'm posion diagnosis. And the foxface was covered with spots but they have been gone for about three days now.

You can also do hypo salinity and drop to 1.010-1.013. They can handle the drop but when raising back up to normal 1.024 you have to do slowly.
