Ich? Velvet? Sand?

So I got a couple royal gramma from my lfs on December 5,2019, then put them in my 10 gallon quarantine. On the first day, after I added them in, i saw one spot on a royal gramma on the tail, I thought it was due from the travel/transfer. Then it was gone the next day. So 2 to 3 days later I saw one of the pectoral fin and one on the head but then it was gone a few hours later. Then earlier today I saw one spot near the lower jaw. Ich? Velvet? or something else? No signs of flashing, scratching, or heavy breathing. I also have 2 bangai cardial with the 2 royal gramma. All other fish are not showing any symptoms or spots. All fish are eating very well. No aggression also.
