Noticed a big black spot on the tail of my Wrasse. Been using ich-x. Just did a fresh water dip for 5minutes. Think its black ich. Pics of the dip. A lot of white crap came out of the Wrasse.pics below of h2o. After the dip.

great now I don't have anything for flukes yet. I have ich-x. so I guess I will have to do another fresh water dip in the morning. I hope it survives this. I can't even get it to eat anything either. which is bad. nothing is open until 11 or noon tomorrow morning. this is not good... I just hope fresh water dips will help this until I can get some Prazipro.

That fish looks like it has an infected tail and is on its way out?

Flukes will look like small sesame seeds.

it's tail is infected. I don't think it will survive. My Dr is fallow now. Not sure how long to keep it fallow. I only have a mini carpet anenoma my cuc 1 shrimp and drags in it. I plane on keeping it empty of fish til Oct. 8. That should be long enough to kill any fluke ich velvet an etc that might be in it.

posted new pics of the freshwater this time I did it on the dresser so that it will be hopefully cleared. don't pay attention to the black dots. that is on the desk itself. but to me the white dots look like fluke. I am treating with Prazipro. I hope it's not to late for the wrasse. but It might not survive I did the4 green chromas today. it didn't have it as bad as the wrasse. but I did do a 50 percent water change and then added the Prazipro to it. I hope to see improvement from the wrasse in 2 to 3 days. hopefully. it is still breathing and hiding in the DT.

Dips should be done in a dark bucket for the contrast so we can more easily identify what you’ve got going on. Sorry, I’m not much help :/
