@ATI Aquaristik @ATI North America Can someone please help me? I purchased an ATI ICP Test, took the samples and shipped it out on 1/16/18. USPS Shows it out for delivery on 1/23/18, but does not show it delivered, and there are no additional updates. It shows So now, a week later, I have no idea if the water samples made it to you or not. I have emailed your support link 2 times over the last week, and not heard back. I would like to find out if the shipment made it to your lab or not. If it is being tested, I am happy to wait, but if the shipment is lost, then I need to get a new test so that I can send it to you ASAP. USPS is no help, and I don't know if insurance was purchased or not. If the shipment is lost, how do I get a new test? This has not been a good experience at all for my first time doing an ICP Test. I don't know if I can file a claim, as I am not the one who purchased the shipping, and I don't know if it was insured. I keep checking my email and my http://lab.atiaquaristik.com/dashboard hoping that it actually got delivered, but no luck there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
