It looks like you might have some Pom Pom (Gracilaria Hayi)

Or perhaps some similar species in the same genus. There are just so many leafy Gracilaria varieties!

Agreed, though it seems too red to be Dictyota unless you are referring to those “red Dictyota” species (which I doubt are Dictyota anyways).

Agree, with the new pic I would give it a guess as fauchea maybe. Pic still not the best.
