ID of hitchhiker on Duncan frag.

This duncan, along with a few other frags, is actually my first coral to go into my tank. I was wondering if anyone knew what the red thing is below the Duncan? Bad, good? Redip? Thanks!

Agreed that we need a better pic but might be either duster or almost the shell of vermetid snail (if the latter, most people say kill it with fire)

This pic below is the best I can do. Thanks everyone for the help. I'm hoping it's not the vermetid snail. I'm actually thinking of trying to remove it just in case.
