ID on swallowtail angel spots

Any ideas on what this could be. started showing up on a swallowtail angel I added to QT. Going thru Copper Power and General Cure. eating well. Only on one side of the body

Hard to tell for certain in the pics. It looks like a bacterial infection to me.

Is the fish in QT?

I had a swallowtail that had a spot similar to that but not as large. It the developed lymphocytes. They are ugly but eventually fell off. It does look bacterial though. BTW, the spot was was very red before treatment. You can still see the spot now but it does not look infected. I FW dipped it to make sure it wasn't flukes and it wasnt.

The redness screams bacterial to me.

I would treat with either NFG, or Kanaplex + Metroplex + Furan-2.

A 90 minute bath using Ruby Reef Rally would also be helpful.

Could be lots of things at this point. Maybe uronema or vibrio. The FW dip makes me lean toward vibrio or some other type of sepsis. I'd run with Kanamycin, but really not sure.
