Hard to see clearly, but it looks like aiptasia from a distance. Is that the only one in the tank or do you have more? Is the rock new to the system?

If aptasia X Didnt get it all or is harming other things in your tank you can try a nudia. Some dont like using them as they only eat aptasia and then die. I'm just throwing it out there as an option.
