1st thought it was a bristle worm but honestly after looking at it for a little i think your looking at the leg of a brittle star! totally harmless and very beneficial!

No problem and btw they are good to have in your tank.you probaly have a lot more then one

Nice! Ya that's what happened in all my tanks iv ever had,I didn't see any for the first few months then all of a sudden they started coming out lol
