ID Please: Thin, White, “Worms” On My Rocks?

Currently there are no fish or inverts in my BioCube... now I’m noticing lots of these things. They are white, extremely thin, and some are about an inch to an inch and a half long. ID? Thanks!

+1 for sponges I have the same type.in my tank. It's unsightly but doesn't hurt your corals. Also be careful if you pull them out with tweezers because it could make them spread best bet is to take the rock out and remove them
