Agree with @vetteguy53081 that is almost assuredly lymphocystis. It may get a bit worse before it gets better, but there is no treatment as it is a viral disease, and it goes away on its own in virtually all cases...6 weeks or so. The only real issue is that this fish could get another disease at the same time, and not all white spots are lymphocystis, so you need to keep an eye on it.
Can you get a shot taken under white light or use a flashlight? The blue makes it really hard to see details. If it is Lymphocystis, it will eventually go away, but I want to try to better confirm that it isn’t something else.Should I put sparkles in QT? @Jay Hemdal I read in some of your other posts there is no treatment? She seems pretty happy....but want to do the right this for the other fish too.
