Also if I drive down from sarasota could I see the whole tank? I recently got some coral and I found some bubble Algae when I got home, but it was bagged and swapped in a parking lot so I didn't see the original tank :/

Yes, you can see whole tank. Even really nice tanks can have a little bubble algae, I'd just give frag plug a good scrub or break off the plug.
