Hi i changed modems and my test page went missing. Uninstalled the app tried reinstalling from app store only to find half the tests missing. There was a link for 570 users which went to a no longer available page?? Can anyone help thanks john

i got a response from the manufactures and it worked
John, if you open the Store within the app and press the refresh button in the top right, all of your purchased tests should reappear. When you press the button, the app might ask you to verify your Apple ID and password. Make sure you enter the same credentials that you used originally to download the app and purchase the tests.
