If I decide to go fallow for ick eradication out of my display tank, how big of a QT tank do I need at minimum for my fish stock. Space is sort of an issue for me.

x1 Naso Tang - 5-6"
x1 Achilles Tang - 4-5"
x1 Hippo Tang - 4-5"
x1 Squairtail Bristletooth Tang - 4-5"
x2 clownfish
x3 disbar anthias
x1 fox face 3-4"
x1 purple firefish
x1 solar fairy wrasse 3-4"
x1 blue-sided fairy wrasse 3"

Yikes. I don't know if I have the space for something that large lol. If the consensus is I need something this big, I'm screwed.

Yeah, I am screwed.
I definitely feel your pain. I have moved "up" from multiple 90s to a 215 and a 90. What do you do when something slips in and there's no tank or tanks collectively large enough to house all your livestock for 75-days!

Fallow is a great concept, but IMO out of reach for many of us.

Just my opinion but if you don't have room for something 6' long maybe your LFS would hold them for you.
Or sell them.
