if I'm serious about Reef keeping, should I not get an iron test kit?

I ask for a few reasons, firstly, when I sent ICP sample it came back showing that there was no iron in my tank water. And when I visited my LFS a few days ago I noticed they do sell iron bottle supplement. I asked LFS about it, and the person working there told me I should not go there, that adding iron to a tank can be extremely tenuous. But I'm thinking if I got a Hanna tester my i could perhaps make it work. My objective is i want to have a stable and suitable chemistry to support thriving coral including SPS. incidentally, this is probably for a different thread, but I had absolutely horrible luck with all of my coral until I got a handle on my phosphate. And that only happened with me getting a handle on how to use my hanna tester (thanks to help from members on R2F) and getting a phosphate reactor. So I can imagine if I dialed in iron maybe that could help. IDK. ICP also tagged my stronium levels as off. idk what that means. I presume I would get enough stroniym from my blue bucket, but I'm not sure if the blue bucket also has stronium or iron. I guess I could check but i think it would have fe.
