If you had the option to do a "Species Only" Tank, what would you stock it with?

Something from the norm like a reef or a FOWLR, what species only tank would you make the tank for?

I would start a Beer-a-lot-tel-us Tank....

A Blue Whale tank. At least 2x2 km in length and width, it needs at least a depth of .5km. It has to be above sea level for aesthetic purposes. And I would like it to be made with thick Low iron glass. His name will be Bluey and we will be best friends forever.

Dwarf seahorses (captive bred). That was the tank that would get me into saltwater but that went out with the tide when I found out they were on the CITES list and can't even do captive bred. There is not a dwarf to be found in Canada (at least publicly). So upset!

I know ppl do em but i havent. Id like to do a flordia seagrass lagoon with seahorses. Pipefish. Sandy bottom. Flounder. Maybe some grass shrimp that are all green and post vertical on the mangroves and seagrass. Would be kool. Hard i think. Like a big shallow frag tank maybe.
D
You are my hero.My daughter and I have been talking about ways to work with the local conservation groups to propagate sea grass and transplant it back to the shallows for manatees. It's a long term plan, as my health isn;t there just yet but we must have goals.

That was in my store.

I miss my babies.

I feel for ya! :( I had a female Leopard that grew from ~6" to ~34". Had her in a 1700 gallon plywood tank in a green house. (Lost her when my neighbor's daughter who was visiting sprayed wasp spray into the fans cooling the tank.)

I've always wanted cuttlefish. I talked our curator into trying them at work and not only are they as awesome as I imagined, but they're a big hit with our visitors as well! We have sepia officinalis at work, but I would like to do S. bandensis at home.
