Its so its easier to match your elfster account to your r2r account and for my me all i had to do was go to settings and nickname was the second option

Not yet. I'm still trying to help a few of the people who haven't registered yet on Elfster. However, I have all the accounts matched up already, so the name drawing will happen later today.
