I'm curious how people live with their tanks in their homes

I live in an apartment. My 40 is basically in my living room/dining room. It's one of the first things you see when you enter. By the way the tanks on this thread are awesome

I keep mine in in my spare bedroom. I have a pull out bed and an ottoman to use while I relax in there. Sometimes I sleep in there overnight because I love the sound of the water moving around.

Right next to the tv so when whatever I’m watching gets boring I have something more interesting to watch. Also, it’s the first thing you see as you walk into the apartment. Plus, there is the 10 gallon guppy orgy tank in the kitchen which is an awful tank but gives me something to look at while cooking.

I have mine in the basement. I just roll my chair over and have a panoramic view. Everything to run them is on the other side of that wall.

One end of the living room... doubles as a bar, so I sit there and enjoy a cold beverage about every evening. Easy to look over while I'm watching TV, as well.
