Cycle completed last week...added 2 bullethole clowns last weekend...they're having a blast swimming around the rockwork. Seeded the tank a while back w/some purple helix (both colors) and stared to get some coralline algae growth earlier this week...so its now coral time.

Starting with some LPS and mushrooms...cyphastrea to help cover some rock work (meteror shower & bling bling), couple heads of branching hammer, some blastos, richordea, and rhodactis. Pix below w/coralvue lens kit.

Like many other reefers, one of my other hobbies is photography. Now that things have settled and the additions from yesterday are doing well, I busted out my gear and started to practice my macro shots. Below are the shots from today of the corals in the previous post.

Too many military moves left to go big, so I finally settled on going small this round. It's been about 6 years since I had my IM 30L back in Colorado and now that I'm in Florida (3 assignments later), I visited an LFS here near Brandon/Riverview just East of Tampa this morning to check out what they had...ended up getting an IM Abyss Drop Off Panorama at a discount and couldn't pass it up...so brought'er home and busted out some new equipment I've been keeping on hand until I finished my move and got more settled in. So it's time to get this ball rolling. #staysalty #waywardropoff

My 6-line decided he was the king in the tank...decided to start heavily harassing the clowns...couldn't catch the wrasse...so temp moved the clowns into the office QT tank until I can catch the wrasse...there has been little interaction with them over the last month...but today he just went HAM on the clowns all day
