I'm in love, but I don't know her name - Monti ID

Hey all, I picked up this encrusting Monti but not really sure what I have got. Grateful for an ID.

The photo doesn't show the bright blue polyps on the edges of it -

Wow I didn’t even see them till I zoomed in the pic. It is beautiful

Yep, wild caught. Most of what we get here is.

I saw a couple of frags off this piece on plugs and they are even more beautiful. They graduate from orange centres to yellow outer edges an the polyps go from green to sky blue.

Looks like some of the wild caught 'sunset' montis I've seen at AquaSD but some of these polyps look like they want to be half white like the mystic

Beautiful montipora, it has a Phoenix look to it. The blue edges are amazing.

Looks similar to a Sunset Montipora. Though I don’t think I’ve ever seen it with blue polyps growing on the edge.

Probably a wild caught coral. Very similar to a sunset Monti. Probably same care requirements. Let us know how it grows or if it morphs into a different color down the road. So many colors change once it's under our artificial lighting.

I was told it was a goldrush montipora today.
