Not really...but if you want to pay all shipping and packing costs and assume all liability of damage I would do my best to ensure it's packed as best as possible.

Im guessing it would be as expensive as just buying a brand new one locally to you and if it were me, I wouldn't risk the possibility of the tank breaking given that I'm not a professional packer and shipper. but maybe you like to gamble
