*** TANK CHANGE *** 1/24/22

Super excited to start my first Reef Tank and Build Thread.
I clicked the "buy now" button yesterday 1/19/22 on a brand new Fusion Pro 2 | 50 AIO Lagoon Aquarium w∕ APS Stand - Black from Innovative Marine! I joined this forum yesterday as well and have already received some good feedback and articles to research after posting to the "Hello" welcome page. As I look to begin my Saltwater Adventure it was suggested to me that I should start a "Build Thread" so that is exactly what I'm doing. I'm both excited and nervous about this adventure and welcome ANY and ALL advice as I begin to travel down this path.

Here is where I am as of today 1/24/22 ... I contacted Innovative Marine and upgraded to the NUVO SR Pro 2 | 60 AIO Aquarium before the original tank shipped. I’m SOOOOO excited about this tank and can‘t wait for it to arrive. Plus, I believe the size is perfect for my living room … I didn’t want something too overwhelming— with that said … everyone tells me down the road I will want bigger (I guess everyone does) lol.

I’m researching Neptune systems controller along with plenty of additional options and am considering going ALL IN with Apex, Trident, Sky lighting, DoS and Auto-top-off …. Am I crazy !!??

Great tank just got mine up and running as well. I put mine on casters so I could get to the back easier.

Yes i wish i took pictures of the process. In general i took Marco rock and crushed it up and then used Glue and Sand with a lot of patience to make the NSA for this tank.

Here is a link to a how to from BRS.

Following the build. I'm looking at this tank for an upgrade. Currently have the Nuvo 20. Wish IM did a sump version of the SR tanks.
