Hey guys I trust that you are all well

I have a strange situation where I owned two porcelain crabs before I purchased my anemone.

Can you guys give me some advice If the crare irritating the anemone he has been closed for 2 to 3 days.

Is it better for me to remove the crabs or should I rather leave it and hope that he opens naturally.

please see attached pic

Both the young age and diatoms can irritate the nem. I would recommend that you deal with the diatoms through CUC and time, using additives like that can risk getting worse things. The "uglies" are part of dry rock tank starts. And. what are your params?

They are trying to do what they naturally do. Porcelain crabs bond with anemones, they live near or in them. Not always, but sometimes, I guess yours are trying.

Porcelain crabs do best with larger anemones, like magnifica and carpets. I've seen them live within larger BTAs, but yours might be too small to support one crab, and two of them would be a stretch.
