I came home from work today and noticed a big gash on my gem tangs face. He must have scraped a rock or something. Should I be worried? Will it heal . Do I need medicine? Please help. This fish means alot to me and my family.

Maybe this is a better picture. I can take a different one later. My phone is not that good. It's a scrape on the side of its right side .. its not deep from what I can see. The fish is active and acting normally.
