Wondering if these are all looking ok or if something needs to be changed. As you can tell some of the lps are nicely sized and puffy. I'm interested in your opinions on the candy cane and torch. The puffy ones and seemingly deflated ones are very close proximity that I can't imagine flow pattern is much different between these. This isnt an acute change. They seem to always be hanging on like this.

If certain corals are unhappy while others are fine, I usually try relocating as the first option. The candy canes look like they have a significant amount of algae on them that might be irritating them.

I can try to pick it off. That stuff is hard to remove and also regrows quickly. Am I safe to scrub below the heads of the candy canes with a brush what I can reach on the outside polyps? Not sure how far down the trunks they have live tissue.

Agreed with the above. It’s okay to take the candy canes out of the water for a few minutes (10 or less) to remove the algae. Picking it off with your fingers then finishing up with a toothbrush is what I would do. Be careful to not brush the coral flesh though, that makes em really angry. When did you put everything in the tank? Your polyp extension could be better so I’m wondering if they’re angry or just settling in?

They've been in there since the end of February this year. I'll pull them today to pick some of the algae off what I can get.
