Not sure that would work. The 60 PSI may be too high for the filtered water to pressurize versus going to drain. We have tested to as high as 45 PSI in the past.

As you increase pressure to the filtered line, the rate of fill will slow but waste will be just as strong, if not stronger. Increasing your waste water output a lot compared to the filtered water output.

This is where a permeate pump comes in on non booster pump systems.

You might be better off keeping the 35 PSI and if you need a boosted water pressure to the fridge add a booster pump to it only. Similar to 08TRDOFFROAD mentioned above.
