I have an excel doc at home.... but I'd use 1/4 of the pill.... overdose a crap ton.... 40-50% water change after 12 hours, and you're good.

I have no idea what the proper dosage is but I use a 1/4 pill in a 5 gal bucket for dips. I've never treated my entire tank.

I have attached a zipped excel speadsheet to determine the proper dosage for Interceptor. It helps calculate the proper dose based on the volume of the tank water. You can overdose with no problems to the corals, but you will probably kill all the crustaceans in your tank. I have used this spreadsheet to determine dosage and my pistol shrimps, cleaner shrimps, harlequin shrimp, and pods all survive. THe only ones that have trouble are the hermit crabs, so I suggest taking them out during the treatment.

Thanks BeakerBob, that's what I was talking about. I took my corals out when treating but can be an issue for people.

interceptor pills from the vet, they're for dog worm treatment.. You'll want to pick up the 23.0 mg pills, for dogs 51-100lbs and cats 12.1-25lbs. Interceptor (milbemycin oxime)

It's used to kill red bugs

i dont think that you can actually overdose with Interceptor (in an aquarium), but i would try to get as close as recommended dosage and maybe even add a 1/4 of a pill extra.
