Is it a god or bad hitchhiker

[Got to love that reef]

So two or three days ago I noticed a weird little worm like hitchhiker with a polyp on my turbo snails shell and it comes out of a little black patch on the shell. Occasionally it will kind of retract partly in the shell. I took the best video I could.
