She has been with me for about 6 months, eats like a champ. I noticed a couple weeks ago she had a chunk taken out of her fin and today I noticed the circular mark on her side and her fins look rough. I thought she was getting bullied by the 2 clowns but that marking looks bad.
Ideas? Suggestions? Unfortunately the only way she is coming out of the tank is In a body bag so In tank treatment options if any would be awesome

What other fish are in with it?
The circular lesion does look like a bite.

Th scalloping on the fins could be bites, but zebrasoma tangs develop fin erosion when they get head and lateral line erosion….

Thanks for replying Jay!
I have 2 moody black clowns that get somewhat mad when others go near there Goni’s. I have yet to see them attack the tang but they sure as heck go after me if my hand is near them. HLLE was my other concern. I go light on carbon but 4 days ago I put a fresh bag of chemipure elite in the sump. Would that be an issue? I keep the chemipure bag in the filter sock, it’s the felt kind. Would that not filter out the particles?

The chemipure would not have caused HLLE that fast, and I’ve not heard that this is much of an issue with chemipure in any event.
I wonder - did the fin damage precede the lesion on its side? I don’t think they are related…..
