Is it ok to vacuum your substrate with Berghia Nudities in your tank

I bought 20 Berghia Nudities a few weeks back, and I'm now scared to clean my substrate. Does anyone have experience with this? would it be ok to Vacuum it with them in my tank?

Of course it is, they are not in the substrate... they are in the rock.

I know that they or predominately on the rocks. But, I was not sure if they would go in my substrate also. they are to expensive to loose. Thanks for your help.
