Is it possible to have too much rock in display?

I have a 10g that has quite a bit of live rock in it. Is there any reason, other than aesthetics/cleaning that I should have less rock?

Dont believe so. Unless fish are getting crowded, the more rock the better imo.

The only thing to remember though is the more rock you have, the less water volume you will have.

Personal choice. Looks good! Past tanks have had the rock wall effect. Now I run minimal say 1/2 lb per gallon. More room for coral growth.

Depends on the fish you're keeping, but as long as your livestock is healthy, it's a personal choice.
